We work the same way whatever the sector: understand the decision being made, understand what it costs to get it wrong, then choose the technology. A care worker at 3am and an investment committee at 3pm need very different products and the same approach to building them.
We are deliberately small. The people who take the first call do the work, with no layer in between. It is also why we publish prices and why we will tell you when a project should not go ahead.
Where a client needs direction rather than delivery, we work as fractional leadership: inside the team, setting the standard, and bringing in the rest of the studio only where it helps.
