AI Enablement

Eleven of our projects put AI in front of real users: care workers, procurement directors, instrument dealers, estate managers, students. Six weeks of analysis became a same-day answer at EVOLVE, and a 130-year archive became searchable in seconds at J & A Beare.

What this means

Most AI work stalls between the prototype that impressed the board and the system people use on a Tuesday. We start from the decision being made: who makes it, under what pressure, and what it costs when the model is wrong.

That leads to practical requirements — grounding in verified records, human confirmation on anything consequential, a clear split between what the system knows and what it inferred, and an audit trail a board can follow. Those are the reasons our AI work gets through procurement in regulated sectors.

We have built agentic analysis across 8.2 million member records, provenance tooling for instruments worth eight figures, and compliance support for schools under DfE inspection.

How we work
[01]

Feasibility before build

A short, paid piece of work that tells you whether it is worth building and what it costs to run. Sometimes the answer is no, and that saves you the build.

[02]

Set the limits first

We agree what a wrong answer costs before we design what a right answer looks like. In care and in authentication, that decides the architecture.

[03]

Auditability in the interface

Users need to trace an answer back to its source on screen, not in a log file, or they will not act on it.

[04]

Ship, measure, keep it running

Retrieval quality drifts, data sources move and users change how they ask. We stay on to keep it accurate.
